Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is excellent, being close to La Fortuna and the beautiful waterfalls. However, the rooms felt quite dated and didn't meet my expectations for a higher-star hotel. The service from the staff was hit and miss, with some being really kind, but others seemed indifferent to my needs. Overall, it was an okay experience with some strengths in location but weaknesses in room quality and service consistency.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, with some pros and cons to consider. The rooms were spacious, but overly dark for my liking, and the pricing felt a bit high for what was offered. The friendly service stood out, and the location amidst the rainforest was incredibly relaxing. However, the dining experience could be improved, especially with an unusual option for tipping at the breakfast bar.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is great, really close to La Fortuna Waterfalls, and the rooms are nice and spacious, but there was an unpleasant sewer smell I couldn’t overlook. The service was a bit off, with some staff seeming more focused on rules than on helping guests, though the facilities were enjoyable overall.
The hotel is perfectly located by the lush rainforest, offering a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. The dining experience was decent, featuring a good variety of options, but it lacked some flair. Overall, I felt that the value for money could be better considering the room conditions.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel had a beautiful location near La Fortuna Waterfalls and was clean, but the rooms felt a bit dated and had a musty smell. The service left something to be desired, but the facilities, especially the hot spring pools, were quite enjoyable.
