Baldi Hot Springs Hotel & Spa La Fortuna, La Fortuna

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is excellent, being close to La Fortuna and the beautiful waterfalls. However, the rooms felt quite dated and didn't meet my expectations for a higher-star hotel. The service from the staff was hit and miss, with some being really kind, but others seemed indifferent to my needs. Overall, it was an okay experience with some strengths in location but weaknesses in room quality and service consistency.
